Biography: Harry M. Barth, J.D., MBA, CFP, ChFC, CLU is Senior Partner at Barth Berus & Calderon, LLP, a California based law firm dealing with a broad range of legal services. Harry is also the Chief Executive Officer of H.M. Barth & Company, LLC, a full service financial planning and wealth management firm. He has distinguished himself by being an asset protection advocate serving many of the areas leading companies including prestigious brand-name food and hospitality, manufacturing and healthcare industries. Brad has over twelve years of experience in Estate Planning and Trust Administration.  He provides counsel on a wide range of individual and business matters with a concentration on basic and advanced estate planning, probate and trust administration, wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, asset protection and creditor protection planning, corporate and contract law.  Brad was an associate professor teaching Property, Estates, and Probate at an ABA accredited Paralegal College.  In addition, Brad views his role as a trusted and long-term advocate of asset protection planning in helping his clients achieve and protect their financial goals and life time accomplishments.
