Jennifer R. DeRosa is an associate attorney for the firm Barth Berus and Calderon, LLP. She practices in the areas of family law, franchise and business law, and estate and asset protection. She brings over 20 years small business and franchisee experience to her law practice. She has published a series of articles on asset protection and business succession planning in national restaurant publications and enjoys working with clients to secure the assets and futures of their businesses and families.
