  • Mr. Barth is a partner in the firm BARTH  BERUS &  CALDERON, LLP.  His practice is devoted to business law, contract law, real estate law, and estate planning matters, focusing primarily on the application of these areas in asset protection.
  • Mr. Barth assists franchisees, CEOs, executives, physician groups, and wealthy families with their estate conservation goals, charitable planning, business succession, and asset protection planning.
  • Mr. Barth is admitted to practice law in California and the United States District Court, Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of California, U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
  • Mr. Barth has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. 
  • Mr. Barth is the managing member of H.M. Barth & Company Financial Planners, LLC and managing partner of BARTH, BERUS & CALDERON, LLP.
