• Her practice is devoted to business law, contract law, real estate law, and estate planning matters, focusing primarily on the application of these areas in art law.
• Ms. Berus assists collectors, investors, dealers, museums, and artists in acquisitions, sales, consignments, valuations, loans, copyright matters, license agreements, charitable donations, charitable trusts and estate planning regarding art, antiques, historical property, and other collections.
• Her clients include business owners, historical property owners, collectors, artists, appraisers, gallery owners, museums and non-profit organizations.
• Ms Berus is admitted to practice law in California and the United States District Court, Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of California.
