Mr. Mosier is an Associate in the firm BARTH BERUS & CALDERON, LLP. His practice is devoted to protecting individuals, families, and businesses through all stages of life. To accomplish this, he focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Business Law, Asset Protection, Tax Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate. Mr. Mosier first began helping clients in the Alona Cortese Elder Law Clinic where he drafted wills and advanced health care directives for elderly clients. In the Chapman University Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic Mr. Mosier provided the clients a voice against the IRS in an audit and with cases before the U.S. Tax Court.
 
At BARTH BERUS & CALDERON, LLP he has continued to provide innovative solutions and proactive protection strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
 
Dallas has a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Chapman University.
