Professional Experience
Mr. Garabedian is an Associate in the firm BARTH BERUS & CALDERON, LLP. His practice focuses on general business matters including corporate and contractual dealings. He also provides counsel regarding estate planning, trust formation, trust administration, and asset protection. Mr. Garabedian navigates individual and corporate clients through regulatory compliance, commercial and contractual negotiations, transactional matters including complex asset transfers, business formation, succession, and dissolution. Mr. Garabedian received his Juris Doctor and Moot Court Honors from Whittier College School of Law where he earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing and Research.
